Our micro-bakery is a mobile shepherds hut of only 13 square metres, based in South Devon.
The bakery is small, but well organized, and we strive to produce the highest quality loaves, using the traditional slow sourdough method, left to rest overnight and baked in the early morning.
Our flour comes from stone-milled, organic and sustainable grains from within the UK. Pursuing quality through simplicity, making food that is healthy for ourselves, our community, and for the planet.

Who we are
For Omar, owner and baker at Artigrano, starting his own bakery was a dream he always held in his back pocket.
After growing up in Italy where food is a pillar of everyday life, as a child he watched his father bake using the traditional sourdough method and a love was born.
Always baking a home and being generous with loaves as gifts for friends and family, after much encouragement, Artigrano was born.
